OK, look at the left eye same shape same color. The noses are the same, even the jaw structure is the same. Looks to me like Lou in his body builder days went a little Johnny Appleseed and planted some trees (probably with some body builder lady at the local gym) and the product was Jillian.
Of course I am COMPLETELY talking out my ass, but the similarity is there. For all intents and purposes I'm just playing the National Enquirer and noticing odd things.
Is it weird that I notice this shit?

She is a very handsome woman......and by handsome I mean man-ish and frightening.
I just wonder if they've explained on TBL why when she gets mad she turns green. (I only recently started watching it, so I think I might have missed that one.)
